The homes I have listed for sale in 2004 and 2005 SOLD within 22 days on average, with a 100% success rate! My performance in 2005 placed me in the top 10% in the nation and I was awarded Coldwell Banker Burnet's prestigious International Diamond Society Award. In 2007 I received the International Sterling Society Award for my sales performance.

In 2006 we started sliding into a buyers market and in 2007 the market has slowed even more; so homes are taking longer to sell. In 2008 there is only 1 buyer for every 10-12 homes listed for Sale in the Twin Cities!  However,  homes in preferred locations, priced right and staged to appeal to buyers are still selling. 

My last three homes listed in July & August 2008 have SOLD in less than 30 days!!!!

 In 2004 and 2005 I SOLD homes on average in only 22 Days!!!! Currently in 2007 we are still in a buyers market so homes are taking longer to sell. However it seems like the 2007 market is beginning to improve!. One of my latest listings in North Oaks SOLD for $1,025,000 in Sept. 2007 in only 83 days on the market!  The average market time for other homes in North Oaks priced similiarly was 9-12 months !
