 In 2004 and 2005 I SOLD homes on average in only 22 Days!!!! Currently in 2009 we are in a buyers market so homes are taking longer to sell. However it seems like the 2009 market is beginning to improve with the interest rates dipping below 5%!.   In the fall of 2008 I SOLD 3 homes in less than 30 days . All of them had multiple offers and SOLD for close to our intitial list price too.
