"Back in November of 2009, we decided to sell our townhome. We interviewed a number of realtors, but chose to try and sell on our own, thinking we would save money. We put our house up For Sale By Owner at the beginning of February. After five weeks of trying to sell on our own, we realized it was time to hire a professional.
